Welcome to the new “electronic age.” DeMolay International has transmitted the Annual Advisory Council Re-certification packages electronically this year in order to save mailing and printing costs. This may take sometime to get used to and I would be happy to provide a hard copy if your Advisory Council so desires.
To make it easier for you, Massachusetts DeMolay has prepared a secure download file for your Chapter’s information. Your chapter contact person will receive an email that provides directions how to log on to Sharefile™. Sharefile™ is a secure extranet storage site that is password protected. The information that may be downloaded includes:

The due date for returning the completed ACR’s and the other required report of your Chapter’s Advisory Council Annual Meeting is due to the Boston Office on Monday, November 28, 2011. The Sharefile will remain active until that date and forms may be re-downloaded until then.
